The event was attended by the Prime Minister of Australia the Honourable Tony Abbott MP, Minister for Foreign Affairs the Honourable Julie Bishop MP, Chair of the Parliamentary Group Australia - Ukraine Member of the House of Representatives of the Australian Parliament Mr Craig Laundy MP and other members of the Group, Chairman of the Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisations Mr Stefan Romaniw OAM and other representatives of the community, Charge d`Affaires a.i. of Ukraine to Australia Mr Stanislav Stashevskyi.

The participants reaffirmed support for the sovereignty and the territorial integrity of Ukraine as well as solidarity with the Ukrainian people in the democratic process in Ukraine.
