With the support of the Republic of Lithuania, applications are open for the third intake of the international Create Ukraine programme, aimed at attracting Ukrainian professionals with international professional and academic experience to work in Ukraine’s public institutions.
The programme is implemented by the Lithuanian Centre for International Partnership under the Central Project Management Agency (CPMA), together with the KSE Foundation, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania and the Government of Ukraine.
The initiative aims to encourage Ukrainians who have lived abroad, gained international professional or academic experience, and are ready to return to Ukraine to contribute to strengthening public institutions, implementing reforms, advancing Ukraine’s European integration, and supporting the country’s recovery and development.
As part of the third intake, the programme plans to engage 26 professionals to work in ministries and other public institutions of Ukraine. Participants will also complete a certified Kyiv School of Economics course on cooperation with public authorities.
