Ukrainian Ambassador Vasyl Myroshnychenko laid a wreath at Melbourne’s Shrine of Remembrance to commemorate Australians who fell in the defence of democracy and freedom.

“Today Ukrainians, who are engaged in a titanic struggle with a much larger invader, are very grateful for the military and humanitarian aid that Australia has provided”, Myroshnychenko said.
