The Embassy of Ukraine in Australia, together with partners, invites you to a special screening of the documentary “Can You Hear Me? The Invisible Battles of Ukrainian Military Medics”, which will take place at the Parliament of New South Wales.

The event will be attended by Federal Senator for New South Wales and Co-Chair of the Australia–Ukraine Parliamentary Friendship Group Deborah O'Neill, as well as Member of the New South Wales Parliament Lynda Voltz.

Programme of the event:

• screening of the documentary “Can You Hear Me? The Invisible Battles of Ukrainian Military Medics” produced by The Kyiv Independent;
• Q&A session with the filmmakers – Francis Farrell and Olena Zashko;
• presentation of Letters of Appreciation to three Australians who took part in the defence of Ukraine.

The film tells the stories of Ukrainian military medics who, after serving on the frontline, undergo a short psychological recovery programme in Sweden. It offers a deeper understanding of the human dimension of war and its psychological impact.
