The Embassy of Ukraine in Australia invites you to attend the public discussion “Accountability in War: Ukraine’s Experience and Global Implications”, hosted by the ANU Centre for European Studies in cooperation with the ANU Law School.

The discussion will feature H.E. Mr Vasyl Myroshnychenko, Ambassador of Ukraine to Australia, together with H.E. Ms Anne Grete Riise, Ambassador of Norway to Australia, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (Mr Mykola Yurlov and Mr Justin Esiobu), as well as leading international law experts from the International Bar Association, UC Davis School of Law, the Delegation of the European Union to Australia, and the Australian National University.
The event will examine Ukraine’s experience in pursuing accountability for war crimes and consider its broader implications for international law and the global rules-based order.
