The City of Tea Tree Gully in South Australia, Australia, and the Borodyanka Council, Bucha District Kyiv Region, Ukraine, in the interest of deepening friendship and mutual understanding between their municipalities and in order to promote the welfare and prosperity of their communities, join together in an investment of goodwill between their two countries and hereby enter into a formal Sister City Agreement.

In the context of the destruction of Borodyanka during the Russian attacks, the City of Tea Tree Gully will endeavour to support the people of Borodyanka in their efforts to rebuild and restore their City. In the long term, the City of Tea Tree Gully will look to support Civic projects and community-focused activities to assist the development of Borodyanka where possible.
