On 27 August 2024, Ambassador of Ukraine to Australia Vasyl Myroshnychenko took part in a charity event with the participation of Ukrainian Armed Forces veteran Ruslana Danilkina in Sydney.

Ruslana Danilkina is visiting Australia in August-September 2024 to hold a series of events to raise awareness of the impact of the Russian war on Ukraine and to raise funds to support Ukraine.

During a series of charity events in Sydney and Melbourne, with Ms. Danilkina's participation, the Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisations' Future Ukraine Humanitarian Aid Fund raised over AU$37,000 for Superhumans, a charity that provides medical treatment, prosthetics and rehabilitation for Ukrainian veterans.
